Your mileage with games like Tiny Lands may vary wildly. It all depends on how often you can perform the same mentally strenuous but physically simple task. For some, it’s a chill experience that’s perfect for winding down. For others, it’s a source of frustration that they eventually give up on. I played Tiny Lands for about 2 hours before losing interest. I like the idea of a 3D spot-the-difference game but it didn’t hold my interest well enough to justify playing more. It looks and sounds nice, but the core just isn’t compelling enough for me to play long-term.
